Terms of Service

By commissioning me for custom artwork, you are agreeing to the terms of service outlined below:• I have the right to refuse any commission request without the need to explain my reasons.• 50% payment after the sketch is approved and 50% after the screenshot of the final product. (EXCEPT LOW PRICES LIKE ICONS BECAUSE OF PAYPAL TAXES, These are paid 100% upfront)• I will send the final product after payment is sent.• Clear and detailed visual references needed.• No refund
• I will send screenshots of the work progress.
Sketch – Lineart — Flat colors — Finished preview.• The artwork will be sent to the client via google drive link.• All commissioned artwork is for non-commercial purposes only unless discussed further.• The client is able to repost on any social medias as long as I am given proper credit (link to my social media).YOU CAN NOT:
• Altering the artwork in ANY way without my consent.• Claiming and taking credit of the artwork as your own.• Making money off of the artwork.• Payment method is through Paypal invoices, I will send an invoice to your email.• The client is given 48 hours to send half of the payment once the sketch has been sent. If the time exceeds 48 hours, your commission will be cancelled.
